Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactA relatively simple concept, this piece is incredibly smooth and powerful. The strong, metallic writing in the top right gives and adds to an air of mystique that bathes the entire image. The deep, swirling background also causes a mystery to envelope the image.
As for the face itself, the serene, simply detailed and masculine face portrays some hidden darkness mixed with an innocent youth. The simple way in which the rain has been drawn on his face gives the image a kind, friendly manner.
The hair has been done as to show the moisture and this adds a tiny, yet necessary, continuity to the piece.
The details of the clothing and then body are intriguing and accurate.
